How it works

Most of the time, we recommend psychotherapy coupled with neurofeedback and/or biofeedback. We find this gets the fastest, most lasting results.

Depending on your situation, we are happy to provide psychotherapy alone. In the intake, we will explore your story and what your goals are.

We encourage weekly appointments, at least at the beginning, to build trust and momentum.

We will talk and explore emotions and help you move beyond your challenges.

We will work toward your goals, as I guide you to learn new skills and understand yourself better, so you can experience relief.

We offer online and phone sessions but they may not be covered by you insurance plan.

Schedule a first appointment

We will agree on a time for you to come to our office. Intakes are 50 minutes.
Ongoing sessions are typically 50 minutes as well.
